Baptism

We believe that Jesus commanded the church to baptize with water upon confession of faith in Him.

The act of Baptism indicates that the candidate has been brought to a place of surrendering their life to Christ and commits to daily living for His glory and honor. This is an outward expression of personal commitment. Roman 6 indicates that baptism declares that we have died to the old nature and have put on the new nature in Jesus Christ. (Matthew 28:18-20).
